Remote Readiness Best Practices- Online Panel Discussion (followed by an interactive Q&A session)

As the pandemic accelerates in the new norm the adoption of remote work is practiced extensively by many IT-BPM companies locally and internationally, irrespective of the size and the product/ service vertical these companies belong to.

A recent survey study was carried out by SLASSCOM with the IT-BPM sector companies locally, with a representation from both, employees, and employers.

This “Remote Readiness Best Practices” online panel discussion presented the findings of this survey, communicated the global as well as local WFH best practices, and discussed examples of how these are executed by industry players.

This was a one-hour panel discussion followed by a 30mins Q & A at the end of the session.

The panel comprised of representatives from employers, employees, and HR giving different perspectives to the subject.

SLASSCOM also released a Remote Readiness Best Practices Guideline Document.

This guideline document entails the Work from Home survey findings as well as the SLASSCOM HR Forum’s suggested Remote Readiness Best Practices for employees and employers as well.

Legal Implications in a Remote Work Environment

When COVID-19 made it mandatory for businesses all around the world to send their employees home to work online, remote work became a significant deal. With the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country, people will continue to work from home for some time.

And even in a post-pandemic world, mass working from home seemingly will continue to stay.

The HR Forum brings to you “Legal implications in a remote work environment”, a panel discussion on the legal issues pertaining to remote working, remote work policy, and related subjects.
